At lunch time, I lit the gas barbeque and cooked some sausages, while Anna prepared various salads, and we all ate in the barbeque hut, which is really like an extra room. It was slightly cooler in there, which was nice. Then we continued with swimming and saunas, till mid afternoon. I rounded everyone up then, and we headed off for a look at Juva centre. On the way there, it was amazing to see that the temperature was 33C! In Juva, I found a sports shop and bought a new pair of goggles for swimming, before we did some shopping in the supermarket there. On the return journey, with ice creams, the temperature went as high as 33.5C, and this at 6pm! It's a strange heat, as it's fresher than anything we have experienced in Scotland, so you don't sweat as much, and in fact, it seems really pleasant.
Back home, my new goggles allowed me to enjoy the lake even more- there are millions of fish in it!
